i do some shopping from internet today. they seems they delivered in my account but i cant see them in my inventory. please help.

Hello LEAORION and welcome to SL Forums. I copy my asnwer i gave some minutes ago for a similar question:

At first open the second tab of your inventory called "Recent" and check out if you can find them there. Usually you see a box. If you reloged, look into the folder called "Objects" in your main inventory.

If you are sure that you can't find them, open your dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> and check out if your purchases have been delivered. If yes, means that merchants got payed. If not, normally you must to wait up to 24 hours. If this time expires, (assuming that you purchase them at Marketplace) the best you can do is to submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened and wait for a reply.

If you purchased the stuff by a store in world, go back find the owner or a manager there, report the problem and ask politely for redelivery. If you can't find someone open your dashboard --> Account on the left --> Transcaction History --> take a copy of your last transactions --> create a notecard --> paste there --> send the notecard at the merchant asking  for support.

Something else very important. If you were offline during the delivery process, the nodification (pop-up window where you have to click "Keep") is possible to be capped if you had already 25 nodifications. Have this also in your mind.
