I can not log into my account always gives me a message that application frozen

when I log in the application opens & atart connecting to region & downloading clothing but before secondlife opens it gives me a message that application may be frozen then crash logger starts to work then a message appear that crash logger stopped working & this occur again & again while trying to log in
