Question

I have just logged into the SL / LL NEWEST Viewer and now all my outfits iteams are showing in the name (broken_link) and all the outfit folders are now empty . i have cleared cache logged onto cyclops / linden land - main land / tried other viewers i have tried everything . i can not Move / Wear / Rezz / Delete or do anything with these iteams . i have then 2 hrs later did empty trash can and from this ALL those iteams that were Broken_link  have disappeared i do have screen shots of inventory to prove and show they were once there as that . my inventory count has as well dropped massivly . and those iteams are still no where to be found . i have filled a ticket and been proven to that LL will respond saying the following to this issue because i am a basic account see below

Basic members have many Support options open to them (you can file cases about most account issues, billing issues, marketplace issues, and some technical issues), but it seems like your issue in this case is not one that is supported for Basic members.

Any Idea's of what i can do ?
 
Well I have tried the clear cache and as well i have friends that are premium and they have gone through this 
issue yet LL still tells them some other excuse such as live chat says to file a ticket and yet even as a
premium account u file a ticket it goes days with out a responce and then they say they can only fix it if its
within 48 hrs of it happening . now the issue here shouldnt be if im basic or paid due to the fact that this
happened BECAUSE of Linden Lab's own Viewer not any thirdparty viewer . but there own viewer they are
there for responsable for the issue caused here and should fix it weather if i pay or not .
so otherwise in other ways to say LL would be ALLOWED to CAUSE there OWN viewer to ruin ppl's avi's and
wreck there inventory's just to enforce and make ppl pay for there accounts which there for if its the case
that is actually illegal its just like sellen someone a car and taken out all the bolts on the engine and saying
if u want to buy this car for cheap then u can ONLY ever come here to get it fixed .....

Hello DJGizmo. If you cleared manually your cache correctly and you tried all the solutions and possibilities described in http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Inventory_loss (it's just one link you can find several) without result, my feeling is that only LL can help and support you. So, maybe an idea is to upgrate to premium just for 1 month and to contact immidiately Live Chat, to fix your problem quickly. It costs 12.24 US Dollars (9,10 Euros). In deed of course that first you have tried everything is reported about in SL Wiki, SL Knowledge Base and SL Q&A and also that the problem is no by you (internet connection for example). Is it worth for some lindens to save your account? I don't know what you think, desicion is yours. If someone else here has to recommend something different is welcome but i see your question here for many hours without answers. Good luck.
