i have not been able to change my cart items for four days now, can someone please fix this~!

Hello diamond and welcome to SL Forums. Generally avoid to overload your shopping cart because it is on of the top causes for delivery failures. For now, clear your browser's cache, relog in your dashboard and if the problem remains try a different browser. If you can't fix the issue, submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> General Marketplace issues, describe analytically what happens and wait for a reply. Good luck.
