Group will not load

My own group will not load members.

This has been persistent for months.

All other groups load just fine. Just not mine.

I pay USD $300/month for a sim pluse premium membership and I cannot find where I can ask for support for this issue, only endless "knowledge base" links.

Someone please help

Hello Ivan and welcome to SL Forums. Assuming that you are a premium member and also that you have this problem long time now as you said, have you ever tried to use the Live Chat to get support?
