I only get the option of paying by Paypal, not also with a credit card. Can someone tell me why?

Recently my credit card expired.  When going to billing information to enter my new CC details, I found that there was only the option of entering Paypal information.  Is it still possible to pay by credit card?

LL has been restricting cirtain countries to just paypal lately. One work around I can think of is setting your creditcard as a payment method in paypal, then using paypal as a middleman to buy L.
