My listing enhancements i am getting charged for aren't showing up for over 2 weeks now help??

I have an item i have been payign for front page featured item and i have tried for days and hours to find it and so have some of my friends and we cannot find it despite the numbers being claimed on the listing.  Can someone help me please?

Not sure what is going on i paid for listings as well on my items nad i checked ever minute to see if they would show up not sure why they didnt and i sent a ticket to linden labs and they told me that i cant get a refound for my listing charges even after they charged me 3 days lait for some of my items my guess is that you need to make more keywords on ur items edit them and add more keywords but i dont pay for advertisent add ons any more what is the point if they never show up
