Shopping Failed Delivery

I have made several purchase requests in the Market Street. Some are for gift purchases and others for myself.  The gift purchases will not go through.  I keep getting a merchants can not delivery the item at this time message then it times out after a few hours and will not deliver the item.  Anyone know why?

Hello Misty. We had several issues with Marketplace last days, especially after the Marketplace Maintenance, although often in past also many residents had problems with gifts there. The best you can do is to submit a ticket https://suport.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what happens and wait for a reply. Be sure that someone will help you. Good luck.
