Is there a way to refuse return objects on rented land?

I would like to rent out some land with house. The objects should stay on land when it's sold, objects may not be returned. How can I manage that?

When you place the parcel for sale you have the option of returning all object to owner.  

But, I don't think this is what you are asking.  If you rent the parcel, you should create a group - place your renters in the group so you can limit/restrict/allow privileges.  Please read about groups in SL - owner, group members; there is a plethora of info in the knowledgebase.
