I bought more than 3000 lindens  two days ago by visa card  but my balance is still 0; how many days is used to pass to get the money in my account? I checked that the operation with my bank was ok.

Seems like a browser's bug. Clear your browser's cache and relog or try another browser. There''s been issues with IE recently.

Also check carefully your transaction history if you have been charged the 3000L.
