Mayhem Seetan Posted September 13, 2011 Share Posted September 13, 2011 i have this bug when i upload some object on sl, i use 3dsmax.i have this spot anywhere on the objectthis bug changes place each time i re-uploadanyone have this problem ? this is a viewer bug ? or I forget something ? WADE1 Jya Posted September 13, 2011 Share Posted September 13, 2011 Check to see if you are applying the textures as "Planar". It looks like that is what is happening... either that or you did something very unusual in building your model's materials. If "Planar" is set on, just switch is back to "Default" and it should fix. Aniki Seetan Posted September 13, 2011 Share Posted September 13, 2011 the texture parameters is on "default" my texture is good, no spot on it. in 3dsmax, my model is good too all my model have this bug and sometimes not, it looks like it's chance. i save my model in fbx format and i convert in dae with autodesk fbx converter i don't understand.... Apple Pumpkins Posted September 18, 2011 Share Posted September 18, 2011 I sometimes get this error if I have UV parts outside of the original bounding box. Now I know we should be allowed to use the space outside of the box but I dunno, this is what messes it up like this for me sometimes. Is also hit and miss. magichood Posted September 18, 2011 Share Posted September 18, 2011 i have a problem, im triying export DAE from 3ds, the multitexture in SL dont works. if i export OBJ from 3ds, import OBJ in blender, and export DAE, then multitexture yes work well. well,,, the problem now is the weight vertex look well in preview windown before import to SL but when the model is uploaded,,, and wear,,,,, te weight vertex is crazy instead 3ds export weight vertex well but not well the multitexture,,, >_< why why why?
