I am trying to reset my password please help

Welcome to Second Life Answers, matty.

Is the account for which you are trying to change your password this one? If it is, then obviously you have already correctly changed your password or you would not be able to log into the website.

You can also find your email address for this account by going to the top of the page and clicking on your name, scroll down the page.

If you are having problems with your password on another account, you may have to telephone Linden Lab on one of their freephone numbers and go through security questions.
