How do I keep the porn "adult content" from popping up each time I log into the market?

I am a PG only user yet each time I log into the Market Place, it comes up under Adult content and the page is filled with disgusting porn.  How do I stop this?  It just started doing this last week.

Clear your browser's cache, quit and relog. You will be able to set your maturity preferences to "General" only.

Very strange, I have access to adult content but get no porn at all.

Hmmm, after a bit of searching through the 'featured iems' I did find a chastity belt.  Well, don't worry, it's usually easy to avoid.  If you do find anything marked as PG that is clearly adult then you can abuse-report it and have it (re)moved
