hello i get stuck in one sim...Helicopters, and i cant go to any location i need help

I'm guessing you can't teleport??  Why not log out and the log into a different sim.  You have the option in Me-Preferences-General tab to show and choose your startup location at login.  Enable the Show at startup and try logging into a quiet sim like Smith or Pooley.  Once there, try teleporting again.
