A Friend's feet are always through the floor, just started yesterday, how can this be fixed?

Yesterday we were taking some pictures and when she got off the pose stand her feet went through the floor of the skybox, Anywhere she goes now, whether on land or on a floor, her feet up to her calves are through the floor.  Cant see that she's wearing anything she's not suppose to.  Any ideas what to do?  Thx

Hello! Usually a simple relog is enough to fix that. If not, advice her to remove one by one all her attachments to notice which of all creates the problem. Alternatively she can test her avatar. In V3 is under Menu Develop (Ctrl+Alt+Q), Avatar --> Character Tests --> Test Female. Good luck.
