also look to see if you have a shape on, I looked the other day when I was a cloud and didnt have one on. As soon as I put it on, I looked normal

Yesterday we were taking some pictures and when she got off the pose stand her feet went through the floor of the skybox, Anywhere she goes now, whether on land or on a floor, her feet up to her calves are through the floor. Cant see that she's wearing anything she's not suppose to. Any ideas what to do? Thx
