REZ HOUSE ON OWN LAND DOES NOT WORK

i got myself some land and want to rezz my beach house on it but i always get  same note: CANT REZ OBJECT because OWNER DOES NOT ALLOW IT,CHECK LAND TOOL FOR OWNERSHIP!!! Pls help i pay rent !! Thank you all

Sounds like the House has part of it hanging over a property line. Try to rez the house in several different spots not just in the center of the land.

You could visit a public Sandbox, (World Map search sandbox) Rez the house in the sand box to get a better idea of it's size and look for the yellow highlighted prim when you select to edit the house. That yellow prim part needs to be over your land/property line when you postion the house.

Right click on the land and open the about land page, your name should appear as owner and or Build should be enable for all residents. Try contacting the Land manager or Region owner. (or a neighbor)

Make sure you are wearing the right group tag when you try to rez the house if you rent the land.

my land is 1584 sqm and i stand in the middle of my island still i get this message: Can't rez object 'home cinema beach house' at { 83. ...... } on parcel 'LUXURY AND PANSE CRIB' in region Royal......... because the owner of this land does not allow it. Use the land tool to see land ownership. If i rez same house in sand box no problem at all!! This freaks me out what can i do pls

Yes - you pay RENT.  Therefore you are not the OWNER.  Speak to them about what you have to do to be allowed to rez things if it is not clear.
