0 Ceera Murakami
Generally speaking, kits like that require that you already have a copy of the avatar it is designed for - in this case, the "Kani" avatar. It will include a replacement for the avatar skin, and several textures that replace the textures on the prim parts of the avatar. You would rez the prim parts on the ground, and edit them to replace the surface textures as required. For example, that one may have a texture for the head, one for the ears, one for the hand, one for the fingers... These changes are generally done by dragging the new texture to the surface in question. Once edited (and don't forget to check for different prim visibility combinations triggered by a HUD or by text commands, like a different shape if the head is smiling, or for prim hands in different positions), rename the edited copy so you know this one is the "Doe" version, and take the piece back into inventory. Then make an outfit folder that contains the parts from the original that don't require replacing or moidifying (like the shape, eyes, hair...) plus the modified parts (like the head, ears and tail), and wear the completed avatar.
