Transferring Items from One Account to Another?

Hey guys.

My friend, Niamh Adamski, who got her account banned. (She doesn't know why) And she wants all of her inventory and lindens sent to me. She said she's willing to send an e-mail through to Linden Labs to confirm it. But I'm not sure if this is possible. Is it? Most of her Items are No Transfer, but I was wondering if the Owners of the game could do something like that?

If her account got banned with for her unknown reasons she should try and find out.
I've heared from many people that emailing can take ages, so if I was her I would try and make a phonecall or send a fax or something
