trying to determine if an SL agent exists that fits my requirements

I am working on creating a simple agent based model that has agents moving through a school. Are there agents - or bots - available that can move independently through a building, interact with one another and respond to information from the environment available or is this something I need to create?

Hello, that sounds like some custom work. SL Bots cannot check the environment and iteract with, that need to be predefined.

Right now i am working on 4 bots for a University Sim that guide students and explain about the history of the school .... 

This bots need to know where they can walk, so if someone puts a prim in their way they stumble and fall well not fall but got stuck for a while till a error checker try to move them around the obstacle what mostly looks very silly.

If you have some experience in C# check out this page for the source-code. They provide an example called TestClient a good start for a bot.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like I might have to customize for my purposes, :matte-motes-confused:but I thought I'd check if a preexisting bot was available.
