Hello, i would like to buy a land next mine, but only 1152 sqm max (or 1024) : this land is for sale on 2048sqm, and i would like a square behind our land.

That land is owned by Linden Labs who is selling it as part of its redistribution of abandoned land. If it was an AVATAR selling you could write to the person and ask if you could buy half. You could try putting in a ticket asking to buy half of the plot (1024) but I am guessing you will not get an answer.

You could buy it of course and then split it and sell. This might cost you tier wise. You could also sell what you have now and buy the whole piece. I am sure you have thought about that .

It seems very unlikely that LL will go to the trouble to split the land up for you, alas.
