I pay for a full sim, owner is awol, need a sim restart desperately...

You are renting a whole sim, and didn't get estate manager rights?

If you're an estate manager, you can also restart the sim. You may want to see if any estate managers are listed, and if any of them are available to do the restart. And when your landlord returns, ask about being granted estate manager rights.

Any estate manager can restart the sim.  The owner may have appointed estate managers.  You may be able to see the estate manager list.

You can't use the controls, but you may be able to find an estate manager who can.

Otherwise, I dont know of anything you can do -- on this occasion.  

The usual practice in renting a whole sim is to appoint the renter as estate manager.

If you have a premium account, you can also contact Live Chat and explain the situation. If they see that the sim is empty, they might restart it for you.

Thank you SO much!!! The owner Chaos Ametza, who is such a nice guy * poof * disappeared the day afetr I got the remaining piece of the sim, so we never were able to get around to estate rights

I Love the suggestion of asking LL to do a restart for me.
