i have update my billing with visa,i have benn charged, but my account says still update pending

i have add correct my new visa card at my account. i have conatcted to teh bank. they told me that i am charged 1 us dollar, i have accepted the transaction but i am waiting now for more then 3 days the update pending of my billing account.. why?

You will need to contact Billing Support initially. It took me two months and some great help and peristence from Support to get my account from being stuck in update to final resolution yesterday. Hopefully, yours will be an easier path as at least  your bank is receiving the $1 test charge.
