New folder/phoenix viewer

Why can't I successfully drag & drop snapshots into a new folder?

try asking in the phoenix viewer group inworld: secondlife:///app/group/3a1be8d4-01f3-bc1a-2703-442f0cc8f2dd/about may get an answer quicker.

add info/comments to your post by using options > edit.

You should be able to drag snapshots into a new folder that you have created.

Where did you create the folder? Is it just in your inventory or inside another folder?

Which version of Phoenix are you using & have you tried relogging & also try on a different sim.
