Viewer2, initializing VFS problem

I have been playing for 3 days, but today I can't open the Viewer, it gets stuck at Initializing VFS. I read other threads, some say uninstall it, delete all the files of SL, then re-install it. Done that, didn't work. I also read that I can use other viewers, I downloaded Phoenix, but it asks for the last name or resident, I don't have either. I'm a new SL member, so it didn't ask me for a last name when I signed up.

Does anyone know of other ways to fix the viewer 2 issue or do you know another good viewer that won't ask me for a last name or resident?

for phoenix, use "Resident" as your last name
