I´d like to change name and location of my land! How can I do this? How can I change my land in continent to private land?

You can't. If you want to live in private land, you're gonna have to purchase land or rent in a private Sim. But you can't "transplant" mainland to private land.

 

More over, the name of the land you can't change. But you can change the name of the parcel.

Well if what you mean by land is a parcel of land then heres how you do it,

Go to : About land...In the top of the box it says the parcel name, click on it and type what you want it to be!

Then too make it private click the accsess tab and uncheck allow public accses, after you unchecked it there is 2 boxes at the bottom, one of those is the allowed box click add to add people who you want able to come on your land
