in one of my other posts im starting a family, it will be a reasonbly big but im not sure how big the house should be, this is what ive done so far, the house is rougly 20x30 with each level 7m tall i have a 1024 lot that my house is at so it cant be too big, give me your thoughts anyway :)he top pic us the front and the bottom the back

Its looking good, its nice to see people having a go at building their own houses. One of the main important factors is the prim count, i expect you have around 234ish prims to play with, if thats the case I would consider using mega prims (can find them for free on the market place) or wait a couple of weeks, when mesh is released they are also letting you expand prims to 64m instead of the current 10m which would save you alot of prims on this kind of build

What I often see is half empty houses, because they are too large to furnish -- not enough prims. YOu might be able to do it if you build very carefully and buy super low prim stuff.

I do use mega prims actually I use a handy HUD with them all, but as i have all low prim furniture prims are never really a problem
