If her account is premium she can call live chat and have them reset her password.

if not you can file a report but it will take awhile

that link leads nowhere, the old blogs/forums are no more and all links to previous threads are broken, so you need to add info to your post here for us to help. give as much detail as possible. at what point does the login fail, do you get any error messages and if so, what does it say, for instance.

add info/comments to your post by using options > edit.
