I raised my amaretto horse on my land which I am rentedm, and i had a message saying rez failed but the horse disappeared in my inventory and never got back. It is an amaretto breedable horse. I been through every single folders, objects even lost and found and trash and no the horse is definitely not in my inventory. I send an email to linden lab and instead of helping again they they just throw me in a useless loop where i need to basically try to see if someone has an answer to it because i am a basic member. so there i am if anyone can help please or had any similar issues.

 

I went to sim manager who doesn't have a clue how to return a lost object who restarted the sim couple of times and still nothing and my friend even came in with a 100m range object scanner and tried looking for it on the land and still nothing.

Why not ask Amaretto for a replacement of your purchase? ...I don't think this is Linden Labs responsibility much. Have you tried resolving this with the Amaretto company already?

I replace lost pets for customers of mine as long as we can recover some proof of purchase together, most animals I sell copyable, so you could just rez another one.... a lost animal is rare this way. Most SL animal sellers have similar customer-friendly set up, I know the other major suppliers such as Zooby, Wynx, Alpha Dogs, VKC, etc would help you...

...so I'd imagine Amaretto gives customers this same quality attention as well :matte-motes-asleep-2:
