ok my main account i hit an electric fence on a sim with damage enabled

my main account hit an electric fence with damage enabled and it tped me to a sim that i had set to my home and then it logged me out and i am unable to login it gets to loading world then says you have been logged off and then gives me a message saying that the region is temporarly unavailable or it no longer exists and idk how to get it back, what should i do or how do i get it back? and i created an alt and im on the sim that my main account was set to home on

 

i cant login at another location because im on veiwer 1 and i cant download any other viewers my laptop wont let me

Have you tried logging in at another location?

Change your starting location or login location at the Login screen. Smith, or Voice Echo Canyon could be good Regions. Or any Region you know of that allows all residents.

On login screen take this path. In top left hand corner of screen, click, me > preferences  > in the general tab, click the box next to start location, choose "show start location on login screen" then close the viewer and relog on. Now you have something new on your login screen. Click the down arrow and choose "home", or "last location" or type "Violet" (Any region you can remember will do, if you remember the regions name spelling exactly) in the "type region name" selection. Try all three if you need to.
