When I try to buy L$, "Could not charge account" comes up, and SL billing never answers the phone.

Whenever I attempt to purchase L, I am told "We are unable to complete your request. Could not charge account. The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again."
I already know my limits and I'm not overpurchasing. On here, even though I believe people are asking this same question, the only answer ever given is to call SL's billing department, which kept me on hold for awhile, then when it supposedly answered, there was no one there and after a few minutes it hung up on me. No, there was no mistake with the number. This happened two or three times to me on the same night.
While we're at it, I'd also like to complain about the fact that asking this obvious question on here never gets a real answer, and the Lindens themselves can never be bothered to answer a question in SL itself, which leaves a phone line that nobody answers as our only real means of support.
However, I'd be satisfied if I could purchase L again, like I used to in the past. Don't make it hard to give you money.
