When trying to enter the virtual world, I get a message saying "app appear frozen". Help please!

I was able to access my avatar a few weeks ago, now SL will not open. A message of "app appears frozen" shows up and nothing happens. I would appreciate some help to be able to access my avatar. Thanks.

What happened in those few weeks?  What version of the viewer are you using?  Have you performed a complete virus check on your computer recently?

Check your Internet connection. There can have been problems with your provider or router's updates while you were away. Unplug your router, allow a few seconds and plug it again. If you use wireless, use a regular cable instead. See Venus's tip to answer us and keep us updated on your issue.
