Question

As it says, my friend was, for use of anything better, banned (Becauser that's what it seems like,) from SecondLife, she literally cannot log in to SecondLife or Secondlife.com (To submit a support ticket) from anywhere and recieved no email as to why she was banned. When she tries to log into secondlife.com she get's the error "the site cannot be accessed." She has tried multiple locations to log into secondlife.com including school and library computers but she get's the same error.

When trying to log into secondlife itself she get's the error 'Cannot be accessed from this computer' and has as well tried to access from friends PC's with the same results. She has nothing to explain why this is happening and as she cannot log in to submit a ticket herself I'm hoping someone might be able to help with this.

Nobody here can help, only Linden Lab. Your friend will have to submit a ticket appealing the ban. Read this Knowledge Base article. She should not try to log in at the web site but use the guest facility and give details of the avatar name involved and an email address for LL to communicate by.
