But you are allowed to rez adult furniture and engage in adult activities in residential mature / moderate areas, as long as you stay inside your building and don't harrass others with steaming hot chat. Yes, you'll have to purchase the parcel, but you'll pay no monthly tier on it (as long as you don't go over 512). And then you can be as naughty as you like.
