Why didn't my Marketplace gifts reach their recipient?

You (not she) can submit a support ticket and the Linden Lab Customer Support will re-deliver the items to the recipient of the orders in question.

When you create the case choose Marketplace as the type then Failed Marketplace Delivery.

Make sure to include the SLM order numbers in your report so that the support staff can quickly pull up your orders.

You might also check your marketplace transaction records to see if there if you were charged or there was a complete failure in the purchase.  For future purchases try buying items individually; single items usually deliver fairly well but my experience is the shopping cart fails more often than it succeeds

You can send an IM to the merchants (with your transaction number, copied from your marketplace order history) explaining the problem and politely ask for redelivery. Most sellers are very well aware these failures and will be pleased to help you.

And, as Lyra said, buy items one by one instead of filling your cart. The more items at the same time, the more delivery failures.
