This is a full region (65,536 sq. meters supporting 15,000 prims). I am asking $165,000 lindens for the sim (or best offer received by July 12th). This is consderably less than Linden Labs charges for a new private island (about $400 U.S. savings). We will complete a sales transfer through Linden Labs and you will become full owner of the region. You will be responsible for the monthly tier to Linden Labs of $295 U.S., which will begin being billed on July 17th. I will pay the LL transfer fee to cover any change of name or moving the region, as you desire.Contact Aeneas Anthony in world if interested.
