I want to downgrade my account to basic. No option to abandon land that I can find..HELP!

I want to downgrade my account to basic. Website says I have to "release" my land/linden home before I can do that. However, there is no option for this under land. "Abandon Land" is grayed out and when I click on World->Land, there is no option. Please help!

You are probably looking at the wrong land.  Make sure you are in the right house.  Relog if necessary to make sure the land information is loading correctly.  Sometimes the land info doesn't load right away so everything is grayed out.  Just relog and that will usually fix the problem.
