when i clicked run for SL, all i got was a window with the logo on it. what the heck is that?

 So, when I clicked, "Download and install", I got the setup. then when I clicked "Run", a window popped up with the logo on it in the greyscale backround in the left corner. Nothing happens. Not after, what, 10 minutes? I cant make it full screen, ad there's nothing to click. WHAT THE HECK! Could you plase tell me what's happening?

Have youi tried downloading it again? You should first delete the old download.
