This 1/2 Region rental offers 15,000 Prims for only L$8,000/week! Our set of rules are very simple! We aim to allow ANY type of usage you want, So you can enjoy your land however you wish!

Rules:
*Stay within your parcel lines. (This means Objects, Sounds, Shouting, Gestures, Etc.)
*Follow SL Rules (Griefing, Intentional abuse)
* Please be mindful of the avatars on your land. If you are renting anything less than a full region, You are expected to share the region with your neighbors. Try not to have an unreasonable amount of people on your land. If neighbors report that they cannot access their land, we will randomly send people away form the region so that paying customers can access their land.
*While we do not mind having bots on your land, If those bots cause unreasonable lag, we will send the bots away.
*No other rules, Enjoy your land!

We can change your ground texture to anything you wish! without changing the neighbors textures.
