Count Burks Posted March 14 Share Posted March 14 Previous weekend there were issues with Casperlet tier meters not properly registering payments. Since it was weekend I did assume high traffic was causing the issue. Customers did pay the tier meter but it took 15 minutes for the payment to register on the tier meter. Today again an issue with Casperlet this time Signin Failed. People pay and the payment does not register again. Please look to fix this, either create duplicates on several networks to balance the load or offer white label solutions. Thank you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
