What you need to know is that this magnificent house won't fit standard 8192 parcels, so you don't see it everywhere you turn. Or at all, in my experience, despite its exquisite grandeur. I have to admit I was pretty stoked to find this parcel, which is slightly more square than standard 8192 lots, so is perfect for this exclusive house that I can never seem to rez anywhere. I believe the house was designed for 1/4 sim and up only to maintain exclusivity, but that's just me... why else would you make it *slightly* too wide for a regular working class 8192? The house sells for L$6800 at Varriale Designs, but it's yours to keep with this land. This is YOUR win!
