Cabria Estate has been active in Second Life for over ten years. Offering reasonably priced private island parcels for rent, on a very quiet virtually "lag-free", with good neighbors and friendly, helpful management. Our estate manager lives onsite and can help you with pretty much any issues you might have.

We recently lost a resident who had a very large parcel. This parcel has now been subdivided into 5 parcels, that can be purchased for a low one-time fee, which gives you almost complete options to manage your land (Terraforming is still restricted, but we can help with that if you need any changes). 

The five new parcels range in size from 571 to 1337 LI, and in price from $L655 to $L1540 per week with a two week minimum rental. If you are looking for a larger parcel, we can rejoin any adjacent parcels for you to accomodate that.

We currently have a New Year special through the end of February 2024 for any new residents. Pay your first 4 weeks rental, and receive two additional weeks free.
