Why not just order one directly from Linden Labs? It's probably the cheapest way to go, rather than buying one second hand from a resident.

Thank you so much. I am looking into buying from LL. The two reasons I was looking into renting are that I may be splitting the costs with someone. I THINK it may be easier with a rental. I was also considering purchasing from another avatar for a lower initial cost. I just wanted to see my options.

I know you're looking for 20k but if you needed something smaller I do have 8k I'm looking to rent out on my island.
