Not only it is a huge corner unit with a lot of privacy, a radio and good security. But because my wife did the decor with an amazing tropical summer color pallet. Way better then I would have done. A delightful Spanish style home, right on the sunrise side of the island. Its own corner sim private beach, and small water craft access to the main channel into the lagoon for water sports with its own boat or watercraft slip. Mostly furnished with a ton of prims at a mega affordable price so you have plenty of room to grow and make it your own. We've put in a couple fun surprise amenities for a tenant that aren't in this image. You'll have to come see! Stop in our Main Office to view all of our properties from the Web Kiosk in the lobby.
