i bought an item, but i discarded wrongly, how can i get it back?

Not sure what you mean by discarded wrongly.  For starters check your Trash folder to see if perhaps its there.  If you cannot find it anywhere in your inventory, send a notecard to the seller, explain the situation and see if they are willing to send you another.

i meaned, i bought it and its delivered, but i clicked discard, and now its not in my inventory

yeah, if you bought it through the marketplace but hit decline when it was delivered it won't be in your inventory at all. inventory offers from scripted objects (the marketplace uses a "magic box" to deliver) simply become pixel dust. avatar to avatar inventory offers that are declined will, on the other hand, end up in your trash folder.

so i'd go with what cinnamon suggested and contact the seller. if the item you purchased was transfer it is a possibility the merchant will say no to a redelivery, but it's worth trying.
