Why the FREE items on my store, are not being delivered?????

I have several free itens, wich are sample to some of my creations, but for some reason its not being delivered when people try to get it.... it shows as delivered failed. And I have being loosing costumers over it.

If you know what may be wrong please let me khow.....

Its strange as the other itens are being delivered with no problem.....

I think it's a browser issue, as I can complete purchases of freebies using IE, but not Firefox (v.4; haven't tried using Firefox v.5 yet).

ETA: Tested with Firefox v.5 and it worked fine. Either they fixed something, LL fixed something, or it was just an anomaly. [There was a recent Java update, too...]
