Looking For Mesh maker

hello :), I am looking for a person who would be able to create mesh on demand for a big project that I am busy doing with friends.
example: animals, fields, trees, flowers and other things
in a 'cartoon' style
for the payment I can offer to give 20% on each sale because yes the objects will be sold but not in full perms
or to pay the mesh as you go either in linden or by paypal, as long as the prices remain correct
a hint: Farming system but really complete I won't say more
