Beach House Offering:

• security orb included
• lockable doors
• private boat mooring
• private water front deck
• waterfront location
• 2 floors

 

Apartment Offering:

Due to location no security orb can be used, however the front door is setup
to lock, once you rent the apartment the door will be assigned to you so you
can keep the door locked.

This apartment comes fully furnished which does not count towards your prim
usage, or you can have all of the items removed to make the place your own.
Aspects of the furniture can be replaced with your own too, it's a really good
option if you have limited furniture.

Ask Reuben Blakewell in-world for help with removing / changing furniture.
