Actually, they do give you a few days grace on it. If your payment fails to go through you get a couple of days to update your payment before any action is taken, there is no fee associated either.

I agree, thoroughly disappointed of what I’ve seen. Such a shame. I really wish I had it in me to believe in it getting better.

This is one of those policies where it says profiles must be general, but then fails to actually fully specify what that means. For example, if a group can be created and mentions something (lets use the word sexy) in it, and this is allowed, and there is no way to filter certain types of groups then how can one be told that group is very naughty because it's too sexy. A case of lack of tools for residents. Furthermore, the fact that the policy is that you as a user must moderate your own profile to the extent the policy implies is another case of lack of tools for residents. If I go to a sexy sim and put that place in my picks, then it shouldn't show for residents who have their filters set to not show Adult rated content, it's that simple. This is a case of lack of utility within SL and therefore an almost ludicrous policy exists to fix the lack of tools and utility to residents. In short; if my profiles content, as in the content I physically upload and write in my own words is General, then this should be enough. The content of wording in Picks if unedited from the land, the photo from the land and the group names and descriptions should have no impact on me because they have been defined as within policy otherwise. It's just a lack of utility and frankly is no ones problem that we don't have the correct tools built into SL to allow for correct ratings, we all know the ratings in SL make almost no sense.

SL should have object decay
Reuben Blakewell replied to Paul Hexem's topic in General Discussion Forum
If SL was an actual sandbox, then sure, this might make sense. But considering you buy the land then rent the land from LL at a monthly cost either directly or through your subscription I find it ludicrous that things one builds on the land they pay for to then "go away". -
