Hi everyone,

I am looking to sell my mainland plot as I am taking a break from SL and want to downgrade my tier by the end of the month. The plot is absolutely fantastic, full access to the protected roadside with a clean residential neighbourhood.

There is also a huge ton of abandoned land behind the plot which could be expanded onto if you would like to (I have already expanded from 4096sqm to 9216sqm whilst living here)

I actually paid a lot more than L$1/m, as I purchased 3 separate plots including private sale, auction & abandoned to make one big plot.
